Professional Gymnastics Hand Grips

About this collection

Hand grips that don't slow down a session

Nothing ends a bar workout faster than a torn palm. Our grips fit like a second skin, hold the bar through the longest swing combinations, and let athletes finish the set without thinking about their hands.

Which grip suits your athlete?

If you're at competition level, the Reisport women's grip is what most international gymnasts choose — Swiss-made, two-finger leather with a rubber dowel, sized XXS to L. For levels 1-7, the Gibson Neo gives developing athletes the same feel at a lower price point. And for first-timers and recreational training, the grips with wristband set keeps things simple at $25.

Sizing without guesswork

Measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger. Up to 5.5 inches is XX-Small, 6-6.5 is Small, 7.5 and up is Large. When you're between sizes, go down one — leather stretches with use.

Pair grips with our adjustable kip bar for a complete home bar setup. Free delivery anywhere in Lebanon.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I measure for gymnastics grips?
Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. XXS fits up to 12.7cm, XS fits 13-14cm, S fits 14.5-16cm, M fits 16.5-17.5cm, and L fits 18cm+. When in doubt, size down — grips stretch with use.
What's the difference between Reisport and Gibson grips?
Reisport grips ($120) are competition-grade, made in Switzerland from premium leather — designed for competitive gymnasts (levels 5+). Gibson Neo grips ($100) are designed for levels 1-7 and are more affordable. Both are excellent quality, just aimed at different skill levels.
When does my child need gymnastics grips?
Grips become important once an athlete starts doing repetitive bar work — typically around level 3-4 when kips and casts become regular skills. Before that, bare hands or the beginner grip set with wristbands is sufficient.
How long do gymnastics grips last?
With proper care, competition grips (Reisport/Gibson) last 6-12 months of regular training. Break them in gradually, apply chalk before each session, and store flat in a cool, dry place.
