A kip bar that grows with the athlete

Bar work needs a frame that doesn't move when you do. Our adjustable mini bar is built around a steel frame heavy enough to absorb dynamic kips and pull-overs without rocking, and it adjusts in clear height steps so the same piece of equipment works from age 3 through teenage training.

Built for a real home

Compact enough to live in a bedroom, sturdy enough for serious work. Rubber feet keep it stable on hardwood and tile, the assembly takes about 15 minutes with the included tools, and when training is done it folds out of the way without re-disassembling the frame.

Set it up the right way

For the safest learning environment, place the bar on top of an air floor mat so dismounts and falls land soft. Add a pair of gymnastics hand grips and you have a complete home bar station.

The adjustable mini bar is suitable for athletes aged 3 and up. The height adjusts in multiple increments so it grows with your child from toddler through teenage years.
How much space do I need for a kip bar?
The bar itself has a compact footprint. We recommend at least 2 metres of clearance on each side for safe swinging and dismounts, plus placing an air floor mat or gymnastics mat underneath.
What skills can my child practice on the mini bar?
Pull-overs, kips, casts, hip circles, front and back hip circles, and basic swinging. These are the same skills taught in gymnastics classes — a home bar allows daily practice between lessons.
Is the bar sturdy enough for dynamic movements?
Yes. The steel frame is built to handle dynamic movements safely. Non-slip rubber feet prevent sliding on hard floors. Always ensure the bar is on a level surface and check tightness of bolts regularly.
