Frequently asked questions
-
Where do the gymnastics sessions take place?
Sessions take place at your home. We currently cover Beirut, Metn, and Kesrwan. Your coach comes to you with all the equipment needed. -
How long is each session?
Each private session is 60 minutes long. Sessions are tailored to the athlete's level — from absolute beginners to advanced gymnasts and adults learning gymnastics for the first time. -
Can multiple children join the same session?
Yes. You can book for 1, 2, or 3 athletes per session. Multi-athlete sessions are great value — siblings and friends can train together with personalised attention. -
Who are the coaches and what are their credentials?
Sessions are led by our certified head coach with a team of assistant coaches who all have a competitive gymnastics background. You're not learning from a generalist — you're learning from people who have done the skills themselves. -
What ages and skill levels do you accept?
We coach ages 5 and up at every level — first-time beginners, recreational gymnasts, competitive athletes, and adults. Each session is built around the individual athlete, so the same coach works with a 6-year-old learning forward rolls and an adult learning their first cartwheel. -
Do I need gymnastics equipment at home before booking?
No. Your coach brings everything needed for the session — air track, mats, and any specific equipment for the skills being taught. All you need is a clear indoor or outdoor space. -
How does booking, rescheduling, and cancellation work?
Book at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule any session at any time, with no fee. Package sessions (3, 5, or 10) don't expire — use them at the pace that works for your family. -
What should we prepare for the first session?
Comfortable sportswear, bare feet, and a water bottle. Your coach will arrive with the equipment and run a structured warm-up before moving into skill work, so there's no setup needed on your side.
