What is 365 Flips?
365 Flips is Lebanon's first air track brand. We're a Lebanese company supplying professional-grade gymnastics equipment for home training, clubs and schools — air tracks, air floors, balance beams, bars and grips. We've been rated 4.8 out of 5 across 127 verified reviews.
Do you also offer coaching?
Yes. Our certified coaches come to your home in Beirut, Metn or Kesrwan for one-on-one gymnastics sessions with athletes aged 5 and up. Sessions are 60 minutes and we bring the equipment. Book a private session.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online at checkout with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In Lebanon you can also pay cash on delivery.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Anywhere in Lebanon you can pay our courier in cash when your order arrives — in USD or in LBP at the daily market rate.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in USD, and online payments are processed in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert at their own rate. Any customs duties outside Lebanon are charged by your country's customs authority.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes — delivery is free anywhere in Lebanon. We deliver to Beirut, Metn, Kesrwan and every other region.
How long does delivery take?
Items in stock in Lebanon arrive within 2–3 business days. If a product isn't currently stocked locally we'll order it in, which takes 12–20 business days — we'll tell you before you commit.
Do you ship to the UAE?
Yes. Delivery to the UAE takes 6–12 business days. Contact us for a shipping quote to your emirate.
Do you ship anywhere else?
Not yet. We currently deliver across Lebanon and to the UAE, and we're working on expanding further.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Choosing Your Equipment
Which air track size is right for me?
3-metre tracks fit most living rooms and gardens, with enough length for cartwheels, walkovers, round-offs and standing back tucks. 5-metre tracks open up running tumbling passes. 10-metre tracks behave like a club floor for full routine work. What's included with every air track?
Every 365 Flips inflatable ships with an electric pump, carry bag, repair kit and quick-start manual. It inflates in about 30 seconds and deflates just as fast for storage. Available in blue, pink or purple.
Are your air tracks safe for kids?
Yes. They're built with drop-stitch construction and reinforced PVC, using durable, non-toxic materials, and are suitable for children aged 3 and up. The cushioned surface absorbs impact in a way hard floors and panel mats can't — which is why parents, schools and clubs across Lebanon use them for daily training. Children should always be supervised while training.
Can I use an air track outdoors?
Yes, they're designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Just check the ground is clear of sharp stones or debris first, and avoid leaving the track fully inflated in direct midday heat for long periods.
How do I clean and store it?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it dry fully before deflating. Store it rolled in its carry bag somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes — tell us the dimensions and colour you need and we'll build it. Request a custom size.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We supply clubs, schools and gyms across Lebanon and offer bulk pricing. Get in touch with what you need and we'll quote you.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@365flips.shop and we'll arrange it.
What does the warranty cover?
Every order carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails that shouldn't have, we'll arrange a repair, exchange or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If it hasn't appeared after that, check with your bank — card refunds can take a little longer to post.
