Gymnastics Balance Beams

About this collection

Balance beams for every stage of training

The right beam depends on what you're working on. A 4-year-old learning to walk forward needs forgiveness, not height. A 12-year-old refining her routine needs the same surface and feel she'd get at the club. We stock all three so the equipment can match the moment.

Which beam fits your athlete?

The foam foldable beam sits at floor level — start here for first walks, turns, and basic mounts without any height to fall from. The inflatable air beam gives a lightly cushioned 10 cm rise — great for young gymnasts moving past the floor-level beam. And the adjustable balance beam is the closest thing you'll get to a competition beam at home — 2.44 m long, height-adjustable, with a suede-feel surface that grips the way a real beam does.

Pair it for a safer setup

For any beam above floor level, place an air floor mat underneath the dismount end. It absorbs the landing without changing the height of the beam.

Every beam ships free across Lebanon in 2-3 days. Message us with your athlete's age and skill level and we'll recommend the right one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which balance beam is best for beginners?
For beginners and young children, we recommend the Foam Foldable Beam ($220). It sits directly on the floor with no height, so there's zero fall risk. For slightly older beginners who want a soft, portable option, the Inflatable Air Beam ($240) is also excellent.
What age can children start using a balance beam?
Children as young as 2-3 years old can start with the foam foldable beam for basic walking and balance activities. The inflatable air beam is suitable from age 3+, and the adjustable beam is best for ages 5+ as skills develop.
Can I use a balance beam on carpet?
Yes, all three of our beams work on carpet. The foam beam and air beam sit flat on any surface. The adjustable beam has rubber feet that grip both hard floors and carpeted surfaces.
Should I put a mat under the balance beam?
For the adjustable beam, yes — we recommend placing an air floor mat or tri-fold mat underneath for safety during dismounts. For the foam and air beams, a mat isn't necessary since they're floor-level.
