Gymnastics Safety Mats & Training Equipment for Home Use

About this collection

Build a home gymnastics studio that actually gets used

Children who can practise daily progress faster than children who can only practise at the gym. The trick is setting up equipment that's safe enough for parents to step away from, durable enough to handle thousands of reps, and compact enough to live in a real home.

Start small, expand as you go

Most families begin with one piece — usually an Essential Air Floor for tumbling and a foam balance beam for coordination. As skills develop, we'd add a mini kip bar for the first bar elements and an air roller for flexibility and core work. By the time your athlete is throwing back tucks, a 20 cm Peak Performance Air Floor and an adjustable beam become the upgrades.

Why training at home works

No commute, no schedule, no coach watching the clock. Daily practice in a comfortable environment builds confidence faster than two club sessions a week. And one well-chosen equipment investment usually pays for itself in around six months versus club fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need to start home gymnastics?
Start with an air floor mat for safe tumbling and a foam balance beam for coordination work. Total investment under $370. As skills develop, add a kip bar ($200) and air roller for a complete home gym.
How much space do I need for a home gymnastics setup?
A 3m air floor fits in most bedrooms and living rooms. For a more complete setup with a kip bar, you'll want a room that's at least 4m x 3m. All our equipment deflates or folds for storage when not in use.
Is home gymnastics training safe for children?
Yes, when using proper equipment. Our air floors and inflatable beams are specifically designed to absorb impact and reduce strain on young joints. Always supervise children during training and start with basic skills before progressing.
Can home training replace gymnastics classes?
Home training is best as a supplement to club coaching, not a replacement. Athletes who practice at home between classes progress significantly faster. However, for basic recreational gymnastics, a home setup can be excellent on its own.
Do you offer coaching for home training?
Yes! We offer private coaching sessions at your home. Our certified coaches bring equipment and provide personalised training for 1-3 athletes per session. Available across Lebanon.
